
Refund Policy
For Orders Fulfilled by Printful
There are several reasons an order can be returned, including an undeliverable address, the package being unclaimed at customs, or being refused and returned by you, the customer.

The artist will contact you, the customer, to determine how you would like to proceed or change the shipping address if you wish to have the product reshipped.
​
If your products arrive damaged or defective, you as the customer can either request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required.

When reshipping your order, new shipping charges will be applied.

Any returns that occur because of an error on Printful’s part will be handled at their expense.

If you would like to exchange products due to incorrect sizing or return orders with no defects, Printful will place a new order with the exchange details provided.

Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Japan are returned to Komiyaji, 817-3 Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture, 863-0101, Japan (apparel orders); Ibe, 15 Kunogi, Nakanoto, Kashima, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan 929-1801 (non-apparel orders).
